  • Second week

    Consultant Interview: Conduct interviews according to candidate experience, personality, management style and screen candidates suitable for clients, and make recommendations.

  • Third week

    Client interview: We will recommend 3-5 suitable candidates to the client, and arrange an interview at the right time.

  • Fourth week

    Feedback and follow-up work: Communicate with clients about interview results and decide whether to continue to search and recommend candidates, or conduct background investigations.
