Responsibilities of researcher

1. Find the target candidates from various channels (Cold Call, etc.) according to position requirements and guidelines of project managers;

2. Introduce positions and companies, preliminarily select resumes, conduct telephone communication and confirm the basic situation of candidates;

3. Recommend candidates to communication consultant for communication and interview, and preliminarily sort out the recommendation reports of candidates;

4. Collect project information, research the needs of client, clear the search direction and focus, and make search schedule properly;

5. Enter and update industry talent resume database, as well as make full use of and expand the talent pool;

6. Gather market information and find new business opportunities;

Requirements for researcher

1. College degree or above; the people majoring in Human Resource Management, Management, Psychology, Marketing and other related specialties will be first considered;

2. The people with 1-2 years of experience in headhunting company or sales-related experience will be first considered;

3. Be honest, work down to earth, bear hardships and be humble;

4. Have strong motivation, clear ideas, good teamwork spirit, and be interested in headhunting industry for long-term development;

5. Have good communication skills and marketing capabilities, and be able to withstand pressure, with a strong desire for self-growth.

Recruitment process of researcher

Step One: Submit resume online

Step Two: HR department receives your resume and conduct evaluation

Step Three: If suitable, HR department will conduct telephone communication with you (if not suitable, you will not receive any call)

Step Four: Interview the suitable candidates for the first time

Step Five: Discuss with the job seekers on salary, industry and entry time after reaching a consensus

Step Six: Go to the company to check in, and handle entry formalities
